MEET Erika Berko, RN
Erika is a Registered Nurse and Oncology Certified Nurse with 15 years of experience in the medical field and 8 years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Originally trained in Canada, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and went on to build a diverse and accomplished clinical career, specializing in oncology and stem cell transplant.
Her work at renowned institutions such as Mayo Clinic and Brigham and Women’s Hospital shaped her meticulous approach, clinical precision, and deep respect for patient safety.
Her path to aesthetic medicine began from a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, where she found a way to blend this with her clinical skills and expertise. She quickly developed a reputation for her attention to detail, her calm and supportive presence, and her commitment to delivering natural results.
Today, Erika is dedicated to ongoing education and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, with an expected graduation in 2027. This next step reflects her commitment to offering an even higher level of care, knowledge, and comprehensive support for her patients.
Erika founded Beauty Blueprint with the vision of creating a calm, elevated alternative to the traditional medspa experience — a space rooted in trust, intention, and truly personalized care.
Her philosophy is simple: listen well, treat thoughtfully, and PRESERVE INDIVIDUALITY.
Through Beauty Blueprint, Erika is committed to offering the highest standard of medical aesthetics to her patients.
Beyond her work, Erika loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her boyfriend James and their two dogs, Willis and Monty.

Vanessa Sbordoni,
DNP, FNP-C, AANP
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Vanessa Sbordoni is an Arizona native who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University's Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner since 2023. She has been a registered nurse since 2014, beginning her career in Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, where she built a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence-based care for complex patient populations.
While completing her graduate education, Vanessa worked in the emergency department, gaining experience in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical settings-experience that shaped her ability to manage urgent medical situations while maintaining a holistic, patient-centered approach.
In 2019, Vanessa expanded her clinical skill set by completing advanced training in aesthetic injectables at the National Laser Institute. This training enhanced her understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic principles, allowing her to bring a well-rounded, medically grounded perspective to aesthetic care.
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, she remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in both medical and aesthetic care to ensure the highest quality outcomes for her patients. Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and relaxing at home with her cats.
